General Descriptions & Basis of Design

We are the manufacturer and we introduce our newly designed �uprimo�turbine air roof ventilator with the latest technology ever invented the �nergy saver�for various industrial purpose. Normally, this unit is installed at a distance 15ft x 15ft. on the roof of industrial sheds and a single unit will cover 225 Sq.ft.inside area and reduces 3 to 7C the inside room/hall temperature in normal conditions.

Air ventilator Unit:

The Air ventilator designed for the continuous operations even at high temperature at top of the roof. The Air Ventilator shell with extended aluminum fins. And heavy aluminizing. the bottom ring and top Cover of Roof Air ventilator is made from S.S. The entire accessory is mounting on single Shaft. The Air Ventilator. Fan is directly driven only on single shaft and Single S.S. Ball Operated.(Frictionless, No Lubricant, Less Maintanance) without using any kind of Bearing through the natural wind velocity (Energy Saving) from any direction and designed to achieve the air change and to operate continuously. The air ventilator is designed a suctions type a centrifugal fan so it is always time to suck the air fro the bottom.

F.R.P.Base of Air Ventilator (Installation Base):

The F.R.P.Base made of Owen Roving mat, Surface mat and G.P.Resin, Catalyst, Escalator and which will be match to your existing design of roof sheet and it will be installed in place of one purling to another purling distance. So no requirement of cutting your existing roof and because of this there is no worry about the leakage of water during the Rainy season it is totally 60 to 70% translucent, so during the day time will get ample sunlight in side the working area. (Energy Saving).the total suctions area For the Air ventilator through the F.R.P Base is 1000mm x 600mm.for better air circulation.
